 * Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification
 * At least1year of experience in Compliance or Risk Management
 * At least2years of experience in Process Management

## Description

* Collaborate with the business owner to build roadmaps through forecasting grounded in capacity planning, high-level estimates of work and target dates
 * Harmonize competing priorities into a single, unified and actionable path forward by working with multiple stakeholders.
 * Facilitate the intake process for new work entering the portfolio, ensuring the work is aligned to goals and has clearly defined scope and value.
 * Adhere to Enterprise & GPN governance during intake, ensuring strong risk management, operational excellence, and transparent decision-making
 * Provide portfolio metrics, providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision making.
 * Facilitate the prioritization of the Product Area / Family backlog in adherence to the GPN Portfolio Management standards.
 * Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes
