## About the Role

A minimum 4-year STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) required for this program., BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering discipline and 0-3 years of experience required.

*** **Proficiency with MS Office products.

*** **Working knowledge of Aegis Combat/Weapon Systems.

*** **Need to have the ability to obtain and maintain, at minimum, a Secret Level Security Clearance. Active Secret Security Clearance is a plus.

*** **Must be a U.S. citizen. (US Citizenship is required in order to obtain a security clearance from the DoD.)

## Description

Provide valuable support to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of weapons systems for the Surface Navy.

Support Software Configuration Management, including:

*** **Provide configuration control by reviewing problem reports and software change requests for impact to current weapon system design and functionality.

*** **Attend change control board meetings to present findings and track status of implementation of changes as appropriate.

*** **Provide configuration status accounting by generating reports and presentation materials to support technical points of contact and technical project leads.

*** **Provide configuration auditing as requested

*** **Provide recommendations for process improvements as appropriate.
