The Senior Analyst will play a key role in developing and implementing efficient processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including our Genpact partners. This position requires a strong understanding Cash application and has the ability to work independently and as part of a team., * Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred * 2-4 years of experience, preferred * 3-5 years of experience in cash application, accounts receivable, or accounts payable preferred * Experience working in Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion is highly preferred * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including pivot tables, vlookups, etc.). * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Detail-oriented and highly organized * Experience working with outsourced service providers is a plus, Candidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply. ## Description Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets. Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes.
