## About the Role

* 10-15+ years of experience leading systems integration, network integration, or enterprise network modernization programs
 * Active Secret Security Clearance
 * Strong DoD experience with Army experience highly preferred
 * Proven experience leading and managing technical teams while providing day to day technical direction and oversight
 * Experience delivering complex enterprise network modernization programs in multi vendor environments
 * Experience integrating enterprise network infrastructure while ensuring interoperability, resiliency, and mission performance
 * Experience executing Technical Design Plans (TDPs) and overseeing site surveys, installations, post installation testing, system optimization, and final system validation
 * Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across engineering, cybersecurity, solution architecture, and program management teams

 * 5G or Private 5G networking experience
 * Wireless networking technologies
 * Fiber infrastructure modernization
 * Army modernization or C5ISR program experience
 * Relevant networking or systems integration certifications
