As well, their optimal application and outcomes desired. Preferred Skills/Certifications * SASM- SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (scaled; SAFe 6+) * ICP-ATF, PSM, CSM - Recognized Scrum Master Certifications * Ability to facilitate and lead meetings to desired outcomes for the purpose. * Ability to lead, train, and provide feedback to other colleagues in various roles, as well as leaders. * Organizational, good time management, balanced attention to help optimize a valued outcome across varying priorities. You may also interact with all levels of the organization to inform and influence understanding of the value in the change.
