Familiarity and Competency with using Excel, REDCap, and various statistical/data management programs, e.g. Tableau, JMP, R, etc. * Ability to exercise judgment and employ basic reasoning skills. * Strong attention to detail. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*: * Sitting in place at computer for long periods of time with extensive keyboarding/dexterity. * Occasionally use a telephone. * Rarely writing by hand. * - Consistent with its obligations under the law, the University will provide reasonable accommodation to any employee with a disability who requires accommodation to perform the essential functions of his or her job. ## Description **This Cancer Clinical Research Data Manager position is hybrid, and may require full-time onsite presence at times.**, We are seeking a GI Research Data Manager to enter data from a source document into a computer system and verify entries for accuracy and completeness. Maintain complex databases and develop tools and guidelines for data collection and integrity. Work is performed by exercising independent judgment and initiative in performing tasks. Reporting to the Clinical Research Manager of GI, the Data Manager will be conversant in the goals, mission and priorities of the Institute, and utilize this knowledge to manage data. We are seeking candidates with excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal Skills. Our staff run toward challenges, and you will have a demonstrated history of doing the same with a high degree of professionalism, initiative and flexibility.
