## About the Role

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, or equivalent technical certifications/experience.
 * 2+ years of hands-on IT Support, Desktop Support, or Field Technician experience.
 * Experience supporting Windows environments, Microsoft Office, printers, and networking equipment.
 * Knowledge of basic networking concepts, TCP/IP, routers, switches, cabling (Cat5/Cat6), and wireless connectivity.
 * Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
 * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
 * Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
 * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

## Description

We are seeking a customer-focused IT Field Technician to provide onsite technical support to retail store locations. This role requires daily travel between stores, hands-on troubleshooting of hardware, software, networking equipment, and end-user devices, while ensuring minimal disruption to store operations. Spanish bilingual skills are required., * Serve as the primary onsite IT support contact for store locations.

 * Travel daily to stores to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
 * Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, Zebra handheld devices, and POS-related equipment.
 * Install, configure, and support Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, SAP applications, and other retail software.
 * Support network infrastructure, including routers, switches, access points, and cabling.
 * Manage service tickets, document resolutions, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
 * Train store personnel on hardware, software applications, and best practices.
 * Provide go-live support for new store openings and system deployments.
 * Deliver exceptional customer service while responding to technical inquiries and support requests.
