We are partnering with our client to identify an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional technology programs supporting their Marketing and Loyalty organizations. This individual will play a key role in driving delivery across multiple engineering and business workstreams in a fast-paced, enterprise retail environment., The Technical Program Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives, partnering closely with Engineering, Product, UX, Marketing, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate is an experienced technical program leader who excels in ambiguous, fast-paced enterprise environments, can effectively balance competing priorities, and communicates clearly with both technical teams and executive leadership.
