The position focuses on delivering financial and operational visibility into IT investments and vendor-related activities through structured analysis, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. Success requires strong ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership., * Track funding, spend, forecasts, variances, and remaining balances across assigned initiatives * Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities * Translate findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations Reporting, Metrics & Dashboards * Develop and maintain performance metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and analytical reporting * Support leadership decision-making with accurate, timely, and well-structured outputs * Create executive-ready materials, including PowerPoint presentations and summary views Governance & Cross-Functional Coordination * Support governance processes and approval workflows across enterprise initiatives * Coordinate inputs, validate data, and prepare materials for review forums * Partner closely with IT, Finance, PMO, Supply Management, Regulatory, and business stakeholders Day-to-Day Collaboration * Operate in a highly matrixed environment with frequent cross-functional interaction * Independently drive work forward, follow up on dependencies, and ensure data accuracy, * Monthly: Report on capital results and forecasts; develop dashboards (Power BI exposure helpful) * Quarterly: Track budget performance and support adjustments * Ad Hoc: Analyze capital budgets and present insights to leadership Vendor Management Office (VMO) * Manage and analyze vendor investment funds * Track and report investment performance to executive leadership * Support governance processes and daily fund requests * Provide recurring reports and respond to ad hoc requests for metrics, KPIs, and contract analysis, Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
