This role serves as a critical link between business stakeholders, agency partners, technology teams, and quality assurance teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive communicator who thrives in a client-facing role and enjoys driving alignment across cross-functional teams. This individual will oversee project timelines, Agile backlogs, release readiness activities, stakeholder communications, and campaign delivery processes while maintaining clear visibility into project health and risks. Success in this role requires the ability to confidently engage with both executive stakeholders and technical teams, translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables, and identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency. Candidates with experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, campaign delivery, email marketing, or agency environments are highly encouraged to apply.
