* 3 or more years of experience in facilitating Agile Scrum frameworks as a dedicated Scrum Master.
 * Proficiency in Azure DevOps for managing backlogs, sprint boards, and task trackers.
 * Experience with leading core Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
 * Experience in relational database querying, structures, and programming concepts.
 * Experience with hybrid project management models combining Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
 * Experience in public sector software delivery environments and enterprise-level ERP systems.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

## Description

* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement ceremonies for product development teams.
 * Coordinate cross-functional delivery workflows to keep hybrid project schedules on track.
 * Resolve blockages and technical impediments to help team members work collaboratively and efficiently.
 * Coach and mentor software development teams on standard Agile frameworks and continuous improvement principles.
 * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high-quality solution delivery on time and within budget.
 * Manage work items, user stories, and progress visualizations within Azure DevOps workspaces.
 * Communicate project status updates, operational risks, and system dependencies to stakeholders and product owners.
