 * 5+ years leading large technical teams (20+ professionals, preferably 40+)
 * Strong people leadership and organizational management skills
 * Enterprise Data Platform experience (SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata)
 * Data Lake and Lakehouse Architecture experience
 * Enterprise Data Modernization and Migration experience
 * ETL/ELT design and implementation experience
 * Data Modeling and Distributed Data Systems expertise
 * Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
 * Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
 * Strategic planning and enterprise program leadership experience
