## About the Role

* 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, data security, or data engineering.
 * Hands-on experience with DSPM tools and architecture.
 * Strong knowledge of data discovery, classification, and modern data architectures.
 * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), APIs, and Python or similar scripting languages.
 * Experience working with SQL or similar databases.
 * Experience integrating security solutions with enterprise platforms such as data catalogs, CMDBs, and SIEM/SOAR tools.
 * Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks involving PCI, PII, and sensitive data protection.
 * Ability to leverage automation and AI-driven approaches to improve security outcomes., * Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, and emerging data ecosystems.
 * Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
 * Familiarity with DevSecOps, Infrastructure-as-Code, and data governance frameworks.
 * Experience mentoring junior engineers., * Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking skills.
 * Passion for innovation, automation, and scalable security solutions.
 * Ability to thrive in complex, rapidly evolving environments.

## Description

* Drive the design and evolution of data discovery, classification, and DSPM capabilities across the enterprise.
 * Build scalable integrations with data catalogs, CMDB/ITAM platforms, and security analytics ecosystems.
 * Improve visibility into sensitive data, strengthen risk detection, and accelerate remediation efforts.
 * Leverage automation and AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and operational effectiveness.
 * Partner with engineering, governance, risk, and business teams to embed security throughout the data lifecycle.
