This role is integral to the success of our next-generation data warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Snowflake's technology, with a proven track record of optimizing query performance, throughput, and costs to support business objectives., * Strong understanding of database design, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. * Expertise in SQL and experience with ETL tools and techniques. * Proficiency in data modeling and data architecture. * Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and how they integrate with Snowflake. AWS expertise is preferred. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to maintaining high-quality data standards. * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Expertise with SQL Server and Postgres in addition to Snowflake. * Expertise managing Snowflake SSO configuration and access policies * Expertise managing Snowflake role hierarchies. * Up to date knowledge of Snowflake's latest features. * Proficiency with Git version control. * Proficiency with Python programming language.
