This role requires interpreting engineering drawings to define tooling sequences and using Salvagnini machine software to create efficient, accurate production programs., * Program Salvagnini P2 panel bending systems from scratch to meet production and quality requirements. * Operate Salvagnini machinery safely and efficiently throughout the production process. * Use Salvagnini machine software (FACE, STREAM) to create, modify, and optimize machine programs. * Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine tooling sequences and bending operations. * Diagnose machine issues and perform troubleshooting to resolve mechanical or software-related problems. * Carry out routine machine maintenance to keep equipment in optimal working condition. * Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure programs meet specifications and deadlines. * Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to improve accuracy, cycle times, and throughput. * Follow established safety procedures and quality standards during programming, setup, and operation., This role is based in a production environment working with Salvagnini P2 panel bending systems and related machine software such as FACE and STREAM. The position follows a first-shift schedule, typically 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
