 * 5+ years of relevant hands-on test lab or product development experience with advanced skills across test processes, procedures, and systems.
 * Strong problem-solving ability, capable of analyzing complex data and resolving issues.
 * Knowledge and use with lab test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and data acquisition systems.
 * Skilled communicator, able to clearly convey technical findings and collaborate effectively across related teams.
 * Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) for data analysis, reporting, and presentations

## Description

As a Lead Technician, you'll be part of our Test Department team working as an on-site employee. You'll get to:

 * Work with engineers to plan, set up, and execute tests on new power tool products.
 * Learn and apply new technologies that support product development and testing.
 * Collaborate with the team and Engineers to develop and validate new testing methods.
 * Gather, analyze, and interpret test data to identify issues and recommend solutions.
 * Provide mentorship and training to technicians on test methods and best practices.
 * Lead troubleshooting of complex technical problems and implement corrective actions.
 * Support the Reliability team in creating and maintaining test procedures.
 * Ensure lab processes, equipment use, and documentation meet safety and quality standards.
 * 5+ years of relevant experience
