## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Business Analyst to help deliver business-critical software solutions. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, analyzed, and translated into functional specifications. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, experience in software development environments, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

 + Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements for new and existing systems

 + Perform gap analyses and document workflows, wireframes, use cases, and functional specs

 + Partner with development and QA teams to review scope, track progress, resolve roadblocks, and support testing

 + Communicate project status, timelines, risks, and issues to stakeholders

 + Evaluate solutions for scalability, usability, and implementation readiness

 + Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements

 + Support system enhancements and ensure compliance with HIPAA and related regulations

 + Mentor junior analysts and contribute to reporting and process standards
