Experience with process documentation, developing training materials and process improvement. * Technical skills : Advanced skills in JDE tools (OMW, Interactive/Batch Applications, UDCs, Processing Options, Versions); familiarity with security setup, data dictionary, and troubleshooting tools * Support tools : Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira), incident/problem management processes * Soft skills : Excellent problem-solving, communication (explaining technical issues to non-technical users), prioritization under pressure, and customer service orientation. Organized and able to work independently. * Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Additional skills a plus * Construction accounting * SQL * E1 UDOs * E1 Orchestrator Low Code * knowledge of integrations via Rest API, SFTP, and EDI transactions * BI Publisher, Reports Now ## Description The ERP Analyst is a rare opportunity to learn on the job by shadowing an industry veteran. The ERP Analyst will be an integral member of the IT department as well as interface with multiple departments and key functions in the office. Reporting to the ERP Manager, this role will involve a set period of shadowing an established employee, working to transfer knowledge, document processes and consider improvement opportunities. At the end of the period, the analyst will step into a full role and will be responsible for providing ongoing technical and functional support.
