## About the Role

The Leidos Solutions team is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to lead advanced development efforts and collaborate closely with pipeline engineering and deployment teams. The FS2 Sea task order supports multiple operational, cloud-deployed technologies, requiring a senior engineer capable of driving innovation across complex, mission-critical systems. We are looking for a highly motivated AI expert who can architect solutions, tackle sophisticated challenges across Sea-based systems and deliver capabilities that exceed current performance benchmarks through the integration of emerging AI technologies, advanced features, and next- methodologies., Requires BS degree (Computer Science, Engineering or related field) and 12+ year's of prior relevant experience OR, MS with 10+ year's of prior relevant experience; OR 7 years of additional experience in lieu of degree

9+ year's experience leading, designing and implementing distributed solutions and 7+ year's experience with cloud-based solutions (Cloud, SOA, Web-Services) including virtualization environment, network and operating system experience, Must possess and maintain a TS Security Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI with a CI Poly, Leadership experience demonstrating a positive, willing attitude and excellent oral and written communication skills., Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level leadership (internal and client) on high-impact organizational and program matters.
