## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Systems Analyst to join our internal team within the manufacturing/industrial automation industry. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SAP Finance Accounting (FI) and Controlling-Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), along with a strong background supporting manufacturing environments. This role will analyze, design, and implement SAP FI & CO-PA solutions on the S/4HANA platform to optimize production operations and support broader business objectives. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned SAP FICO professional to take ownership of a critical finance function during an exciting period of business growth and system consolidation., * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field

 * Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support
\n

 * Strong understanding of financial and management accounting in sales-and-distribution, service, and manufacturing environments
\n

 * Proven experience working with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical SAP solutions
\n

 * High proficiency in SAP FI & CO-PA configuration and customization within S/4HANA
\n

 * Experience integrating SAP FI & CO-PA with other modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, PS)
\n

 * Experience with Internal Orders and Product Cost Controlling
\n

 * Experience with Fixed Assets Accounting
\n

 * Banking data interface experience, including outgoing payments, lockbox, and bank statements
\n

 * Experience with employee expense report and payroll data interfaces
\n

 * Track record of successfully completed full life cycle implementations, migrations, and upgrades
\n

 * Demonstrated experience with system support, enhancements, and optimizations
\n

 * Light ABAP skills for analyzing and troubleshooting issues
\n

 * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
\n

 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n

 * Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team
\n

 * Must be a U.S. or Green Card holder (no sponsorship available; H-1B candidates will not be considered)
