Experience and Skills Required: * 8-10 years of progressive experience in designing and implementing SAP Finance and Supply Chain solutions, including significant experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. * Deep expertise in Supply Chain Finance processes, including inventory accounting, standard costing, actual costing, Material Ledger, manufacturing finance, intercompany processes, and financial planning. * Hands on experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4 in a complex, global environment. * Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities. * Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and audit requirements. * Experience leading or influencing teams, vendors, or managed service providers. Preferred: * Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, life sciences, or manufacturing. * Knowledge of global supply chain and manufacturing finance models. * Experience supporting system transformations or separations. * Familiarity with data analytics or reporting tools supporting finance and operations. * Strong stakeholder communication and change management skills. Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. The Technology Sr. Manager partners closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and Global IT teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions that support business performance, operational transparency, and strategic decision making while achieving Day 1 and TSA exit separation objectives. This position has a meaningful impact on how financial data flows across manufacturing, distribution, and commercial operations including Intercompany and Product Costing processes..
