* Previous office management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred

In this energetic role, you will lead front desk operations during your shift, ensuring smooth daily functions while delivering exceptional customer service to pet parents and visitors alike. Your leadership will help foster a positive environment that emphasizes professionalism, organization, and genuine care for our furry guests and their families.  * Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
 * Oversee daily office operations including filing, data entry, appointment scheduling, and calendar management to ensure seamless workflow
 * Lead front desk team members during your shift, delegating tasks such as client communication, appointment check-ins, and administrative duties
 * Maintain accurate records of pet check-ins/check-outs, client information, and service details using Microsoft Office applications and other computer tools
 * Handle clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing client files, and organizing supplies to support efficient facility operations
 * Support client communication by providing clear information about services, policies, and upcoming events while fostering a welcoming atmosphere
