Knowledge & Experience: * Knowledge of current networking protocols and standards. * Hands-on experience in troubleshooting connectivity issues. * Extensive knowledge of Cisco and Palo Alto networks. * Working knowledge of AWS networking standards. * Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. * Working knowledge of Microsoft networks. Personal Attributes * Excellent critical thinking, logic, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent planning and organization skills. * Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills. * Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills. * Ability to make decisions and negotiate. * Exceptionally self-motivated with a keen attention to detail. * Easily adjusts to changes in a fast-paced environment. * Adept stress tolerance and conflict management. * Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment. * Strong work ethic with good time management and the ability to work with diverse teams. ## Description The Network Security Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the security infrastructure of our network to safeguard against cyber threats and unauthorized access. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security principles, protocols, and technologies, along with hands-on experience in firewall management, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and security incident response.
