This highly visible role is responsible for overseeing the District's enterprise data environment, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, security, and availability of critical information systems that support students, staff, and daily operations. Serving as the District's subject matter expert for data systems, you will administer multiple enterprise platforms, manage state reporting requirements, support district leadership with reporting and analytics, and drive continuous improvements in data management processes. The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-directed professional who thrives in a collaborative environment while taking ownership of the District's data infrastructure and long-term data strategy., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Experience administering enterprise databases and managing large, complex data environments. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. * Experience developing custom reports, dashboards, SQL queries, and data analysis. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. * Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. * Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and security. * Experience supporting K-12 school districts. * Experience with SIS for K-12 Infinite Campus., * Experience with eSchoolData Student Information System. * Knowledge of New York State SIRS reporting requirements. * Knowledge of NYSED data collections and NYSTP reporting. * Experience with Google Workspace for Education. * Experience creating dashboards, business intelligence reports, and data visualizations. * Experience training end users on enterprise database systems and reporting tools.
