## Description

* Diagnose, test, and repair Apple, Samsung, and other major smartphones, tablets, and computers.
 * Perform general electronic repairs and routine maintenance.
 * Assist customers by explaining repair options, providing updates, and delivering excellent customer service.
 * Support daily store operations, including sales assistance, maintaining a clean workspace, and other duties as needed.
 * Continue developing technical skills while helping educate customers about their devices.
