Bonus Points * Experience working in a hybrid model with internal teams and managed service providers * Experience facilitating CAB or similar governance forums * Familiarity with CMDB and CI relationships * Experience driving process improvements or platform enhancements ## Description The Senior Change and IT Release Analyst is responsible for governing and executing the IT Change Management process, ensuring changes are effectively evaluated, authorized, and implemented with minimal risk to the organization. This role partners with IT teams and vendors to drive quality, accountability, and continuous improvement in change practices. This role is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy and actively contribute to the evolution of the Change Management function, including influencing process improvements, platform enhancements, and cross-team adoption of best practices.
