## About the Role

* Direct experience with SAP is required
 * Administrative or office support experience in a manufacturing environment
 * Experience in invoice processing, Accounts Payable, or data reconciliation
 * High attention to detail and accuracy
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
 * Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

 * Experience with inventory control or supply chain management

## Description

A leading chemical manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrator with hands-on SAP experience to join our Operations team. This role is responsible for processing invoices, reconciling data, and administering inventory within SAP. We are looking for a candidate with strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and previous experience supporting operations in a manufacturing setting., * Reconcile data to ensure accuracy between SAP and internal systems

 * Review, code, and process vendor invoices in SAP
 * Verify invoice accuracy prior to submission to Accounts Payable
 * Monitor invoice status and resolve discrepancies promptly
 * Support inventory transactions and maintain inventory records within SAP
 * Assist with purchase order and invoice matching
 * Generate reports and maintain comprehensive documentation
 * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of invoices and inventory transactions
 * Provide general administrative support to the Operations and Accounting teams
