* 4+ years experience in ML/DL model development
 * Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
 * Experience with transformer architectures, CNNs, RNNs, or GNNs
 * Strong understanding of training pipelines, loss functions, and optimization techniques
 * Experience with distributed training (Horovod, DeepSpeed, FSDP) is a plus
