You will report into Headway's Provider Experience Group, a mission critical pillar to becoming a practice partner for our providers all on a foundation of trust. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Design, Clinical and Customer Success leadership to continuously improve our relationships with providers. You will define the right questions, uncover opportunities, and work cross-functionally to turn insights into measurable improvements.
