Work assignments will involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Senior Product Owner maximizes the value delivered by an Agile team by driving solutions that improve the end-to-end claims adjudication lifecycle. This role partners closely with Product Management, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure the right work is prioritized and delivered to achieve meaningful business outcomes. Key Responsibilities + Represent the voice of business, operations, members, providers, and associates in product decisions. + Define problems, opportunities, and desired outcomes that improve accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and experience. + Own and prioritize the team backlog based on business value, customer impact, and strategic goals. + Translate business needs into clearly defined user stories with measurable acceptance criteria. + Partner closely with delivery teams and subject-matter experts to provide business context, clarify requirements, and ensure stories meet intended outcomes. + Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide timely guidance, and make informed decisions in dynamic environments. + Collaborate with stakeholders across Claims, Operations, Compliance, and peer Product Owners to coordinate cross-teamwork. + Validate delivered solutions to ensure they address the right problems within the claims process and support compliance and future-ready solutions., + As part of our hiring process for this opportunity, we may contact you via text message and email to gather more information using a software platform called HireVue.
