Responsibilities include developing new applications, improving existing, and ensuring systems are efficient, scalable, and meet user needs. This role involves working closely with team members across different parts of SLTX's systems, so strong collaboration and problem-solving skills are essential. Essential Responsibilities: Development: · Create algorithms, flowcharts, and write clean, scalable code based on specifications. · Participate in project cycles, including system updates, within an agile environment. · Take part in code reviews and provide feedback on designs and solutions. · Follow established development standards, policies, and procedures. Work independently and collaboratively as needed. Testing and Debugging: · Identify and resolve software defects and ensure functionality through testing and validation. Collaborating: · Work with other developers, and stakeholders to define requirements, integrate components, and deliver solutions. Maintaining and Improving: · Update and modify existing software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, improve performance, or enhance user interfaces.
