Apache NiFi & Dataflow Architecture: Proven, hands-on expertise building, managing, and optimizing enterprise Apache NiFi pipelines and customer dataflow architectures.

Cybersecurity Data Expertise: Strong domain knowledge working with cybersecurity data, threat intelligence, and network telemetry formats.

Open-Source Data Ingestion: Experience ingesting, parsing, and integrating open-source cyber data into IC data stores and analytic frameworks.

Systems Lifecycle Engineering: Practical experience applying ISO/IEC 15288 process areas across requirements analysis, architectural design, verification, and lifecycle management.

Agile & CI/CD Automation: Hands-on experience within Agile Scrum environments, including building automated test and deployment pipelines.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, PLUS 15+ years of professional systems engineering experience OR Master's Degree in a related field, PLUS 13+ years of specialized professional experience OR High School Diploma / GED, PLUS 19+ years of hands-on technical systems engineering and dataflow implementation experience in lieu of a degree., ISO/IEC 15288 Process Mastery: Deep familiarity with enterprise-level project assessment, decision management, risk management, and portfolio management frameworks.
Stream & Pipeline Engineering: Experience with complementary data transport and queuing technologies (e.g., Apache Kafka, Enterprise Integration Patterns).
Containerization & DevSecOps: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD orchestration platforms.
Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated experience serving as a primary technical advisor to senior Government executives and customer program managers.
