## About the Role

* Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
 * Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Shopify, Outlook, Teams, and CRM systems (Salesmate a plus)
 * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
 * Ability to read floor plans and calculate square footage a big plus
 * Knowledge of or passion for tile, building materials, and interior design
 * Positive attitude and willingness to take on various tasks as needed, * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

## Description

* Monitor inbound calls and route them to the appropriate team members
 * Answer general inquiries and provide information about our products
 * Assist clients with tile selection and navigating their options
 * Respond to sales emails and draft quotes using Shopify and QuickBooks Online
 * Connect potential clients with the appropriate sales rep for nurturing and relationship building
 * Help clients place orders and process them using Shopify
 * Work closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
