The consumer data steward will ensure high-quality golden records for patients, caregivers, and HCPs. In this role, you will ensure that data is trusted, well-governed, and actionable, enabling high-quality analytics, personalization, and decision-making across Commercial, Medical, and Digital teams. You'll operate with a high degree of independence, influencing stakeholders and shaping how data is managed across the US Market. Responsibilities * Lead data stewardship for consumer data as an individual contributor. * Define and enforce data standards, business definitions, and data quality rules. * Partner with stakeholders to resolve data issues and improve data integrity. * Partner with business, privacy, legal, and enterprise governance teams to Implement and operationalize data governance frameworks and policies. * Collaborate with data science, analytics, architecture, and external teams to embed governance into data platforms. * Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. * Drive adoption of governance tools and promote data literacy across the organization.
