## Description

A Salesforce Project Manager in the USA leads end-to-end CRM implementations, managing budgets, timelines, risks, and cross-functional teams of developers and business analysts. This role requires Agile/Scrum expertise and proven CRM delivery experience.

 * Key Roles and Responsibilities: Project Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the entire delivery lifecycle from initiation, sprint planning, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) through post-deployment support.
 * Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical architects, and Salesforce developers.
 * Resource Management: Assign tasks and hold team members accountable for delivering project milestones on time and within budget.
 * Risk & Scope Mitigation: Monitor project health, proactively resolve bottlenecks, and control scope creep during implementation.
