The CT Technologist performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative to apply the imaging equipment for production of high-quality images. Assume responsibility for designated areas or procedures as requested., * Identify each patient and review physician orders for accuracy. * Properly position patients for high image quality. * Medical record documentation in HIS and RIS or systems required per department. * Review each examination for quality. * Maintain cleanliness of equipment and stock supplies. * Communicate pertinent information to supervisor or responsible individual. * Explain exams/procedures to patients and address any questions or concerns. * Adhere to Aultman policies and procedures. * Maintain Aultman attendance standards. * No direct reports for this position.
