## Description

Adaptive is seeking a highly organized, fast-paced Routing & Scheduling Coordinator to manage daily technician routes,

customer scheduling, quoting support, mapping accuracy, and high-volume phone communication.

This role is mission-critical to operational accuracy, revenue protection, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a heavy multitasker who thrives in a structured environment, can pivot quickly, and values accountability, safety, and candor., Routing & Mapping

 * Build, optimize, and adjust daily technician routes for efficiency and fuel management
 * Ensure accurate property mapping and zone alignment
 * Maintain up-to-date route sequencing and territory organization
 * Monitor and adjust routes in real-time as needed.

Scheduling

 * Schedule residential, commercial, specialty, for Weed Control Side
 * Manage reschedules, weather delays, and service interruptions
 * Ensure proper follow-ups are attached to jobs
 * Keep open jobs within company policy timelines

Quoting Support

 * Draft and assist with estimates in Jobber
 * Confirm services, pricing, and scope accuracy
 * Support closeout process for new commercial and specialty work
 * Ensure jobs are built correctly before dispatch

Phone & Customer Communication

 * Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls
 * Assist customers with scheduling, service questions, and updates
 * Communicate clearly with technicians and leadership
 * Document all notes accurately in CRM

Operational Accuracy

Prevent revenue leakage by ensuring:

 * Jobs are built correctly
 * Follow-ups are attached
 * Accounts are properly archived or maintained
 * Identify process gaps and communicate improvement opportunities
