## About the Role

Do you have experience in Supervising experience?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 5 years progressively responsible sales and marketing/supervisory experience required; 6+ years experience preferred

 * 4 year degree preferred
 * Knowledge of financial analysis methods and techniques
 * Experience with continuous improvement techniques and practices
 * Experience with SAP and Excel
 * Oral, written, and presentation skills
 * Organized and detail oriented
 * Leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise staff and achieve results through others
 * Ability to think strategically and negotiate effectively
 * Ability to budget effectively
 * Extensive travel required

## Description

As a Director - Strategic Accounts, you will increase sales and profits by managing the Company's Strategic Account organization.

In this role you will:

 * Develop customer strategy for assigned strategic accounts
 * Coordinate activities with Sales Director for assigned strategic accounts
 * Coordinate activity with key suppliers
 * Direct the development of proposals and presentations
 * Develop key relationships
 * Identify opportunities at key accounts, and coordinate the Company's development of offering to meet the need
 * Manage Strategic Accounts staff
