## About the Role

* Product Owner experience within large enterprise environments
 * Banking background (Corporate/Investment Banking strongly preferred)

Hands-on experience with:

 * Microsoft Power Apps
 * Microsoft Power Automate
 * Strong knowledge of Agile / SDLC methodologies
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Proven ability to balance business needs with technical execution

Nice-to-Have:

 * Experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)
 * Exposure to lending / credit workflows
 * Familiarity with tools such as nCino or Loan IQ
 * Background in integrations / APIs / enterprise systems

## Description

* Own and manage product backlog, prioritization, and sprint execution within Agile teams
 * Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership
 * Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
 * Support development and delivery of workflow tools (primarily Power Platform-based)
 * Navigate ambiguity and drive progress in a fast-moving, lightly documented environment
 * Communicate effectively across both business and technical teams
