You'll own meaningful end-to-end slices of a secure, cloud-hosted web platform - from UI components and API endpoints through data access, third-party integrations, and automated tests. You'll build features that include external system integrations (such as email and voice-to-text intake pipelines and API-based data exchange) and cloud-native capabilities like on-demand translation. Throughout, you'll use agentic tooling to accelerate delivery while upholding the security, accessibility, and auditability our work demands. Full Stack Development * Build and maintain Angular (latest LTS) front-end applications with TypeScript, RxJS, and Angular Material - responsive across desktop and tablet, with role-based access and strong accessibility. * Design and implement secure, role-guarded RESTful APIs in .NET Core / C# using Entity Framework Core, backed by Microsoft SQL Server. * Develop workflow, notification, and reporting features end to end, with appropriate data modeling and audit logging. * Build and maintain third-party integrations, including email-based and voice-to-text (Twilio) intake pipelines and API-based data exchange with external line-of-business systems. * Integrate cloud-native services such as single sign-on (Okta SSO/MFA), Amazon Translate for multilingual support, AWS notifications and storage, and embedded Power BI reporting. AI-Augmented & Multi-Agent Engineering * Use agentic coding tools - Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and comparable platforms - as a primary part of your daily workflow to plan, implement, refactor, test, and document features. * Design and orchestrate multi-agent workflows: decomposing work across specialized agents, managing context, and coordinating parallel agent tasks against a shared codebase. * Write effective specifications, prompts, and guardrails so that agent output is reliable, secure, and consistent with project standards. * Critically review and validate all AI-generated code. * Help establish and continuously improve the team's AI-assisted development practices, sharing patterns that increase velocity while protecting code quality. Quality, Security & Delivery * Practice test-driven development with meaningful coverage; write unit tests and support integration testing. * Apply OWASP-aligned secure coding practices and remediate findings from security scanning before release. * Meet WCAG 2.1 AA / Section 508 / ADA accessibility standards. * Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code, and help maintain repeatable, automated deployments. * Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, track work against acceptance criteria, and produce clear technical documentation. ## Related Videos - [How a Small Team Shrank a Microsoft Monorepo by 94%](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1236-how-a-small-team-shrank-a-microsoft-monorepo-by-94) - [How to Create New RxJS Operators](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/683-how-to-create-new-rxjs-operators) - [Build and Deploy a Fullstack App with Open Source Tooling](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/775-build-and-deploy-a-fullstack-app-with-open-source-tooling) - [Git for Code Reviews](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/429-git-for-code-reviews) - [Slopquatting, API Keys, Fun with Fonts, Recruiters vs AI and more - The Best of LIVE 2025 - Part 2](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1765-slopquatting-api-keys-fun-with-fonts-recruiters-vs-ai-and-more-the-best-of-live-2025-part-2) - [Practice makes perfect - when it comes to RxJS](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1-practice-makes-perfect-when-it-comes-to-rxjs) ## Related Articles - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [Dev Digest 121 - AI goes offline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/456-dev-digest-121-ai-goes-offline) - [Fully Remote Software Engineer Jobs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/447-fully-remote-software-engineer-jobs) - [Is Software Engineering Over-Saturated?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/418-is-software-engineering-over-saturated) - [Dev Digest 131 - AI'm not sure about OSS](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/472-dev-digest-131-ai-m-not-sure-about-oss) - [React Developer Salary [2023]](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/198-react-developer-salary-2023)
