## About the Role

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
 * Ability to work with and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.
 * Self-motivated, mission-driven, and highly organized.
 * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
 * Strong SQL and data exploration abilities.
 * Fundamental understanding of MDM and/or Data Governance concepts is preferred.
 * Working experience with modern data platforms and reporting tools is also preferred.

Education/Experience Requirements:

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or other analysis-heavy discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, etc.)
 * 3-5 years of experience in data management or analytics roles

Work Arrangement: Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.

## Description

* Work with key stakeholders to document and understand requirements and expectations for master data management.
 * Perform detailed analysis in support of business requirements and maintenance activities.
 * Coordinate with business users, data stewards, and technical resources to align on requirements and outcomes.
 * Monitor and investigate data quality and consistency issues.
 * Document and report on identified issues and create/execute mitigation plans.
 * Manage ticket workflows to ensure proper clarity and consistency in issue resolution.
