This role manages projects related to billing systems, pricing platforms, CRM systems, sales tools, and retail technology platforms. The position is responsible for planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder coordination, governance, and successful delivery of enterprise IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading enterprise system implementations, managing cross-functional teams, and supporting billing, pricing, sales, or financial systems in complex business environments., IT Project Management & Delivery * Manage full project lifecycle from planning through go-live and stabilization. * Develop and maintain: * Project plans * Schedules * RAID logs * Dependency maps * Cutover strategies * Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, and delivery activities. * Lead status reporting, escalations, and decision tracking. * Ensure accountability for project delivery outcomes. Billing Systems Leadership * Lead major billing system transformation initiatives. * Support consolidation of multiple billing systems into a single enterprise platform. * Manage: * SIT testing * UAT testing * Parallel billing * Mock cutovers * Coordinate go-live activities and post-production stabilization. Pricing Systems & Deal Enablement * Manage projects supporting: * Pricing engines * Pricing governance workflows * Deal structuring tools * Coordinate requirements across Sales, Risk, Finance, and Operations teams. * Ensure integrations between: * CRM systems * Quoting platforms * Contract systems * Billing platforms * Manage release planning and pricing platform enhancements. CRM & Sales Systems * Lead IT delivery for: * CRM systems * Quoting tools * Proposal generation systems * Contract workflows * Support lead-to-contract and contract-to-bill lifecycle initiatives. * Partner with business stakeholders to improve sales and automation capabilities. * Support operational readiness and user adoption activities. Financial & Governance Management * Manage project financial tracking and governance activities. * Ensure alignment with approved budgets, business cases, and WBS structures. * Coordinate forecasting, capitalization, and variance reporting with Finance teams. * Ensure projects are audit-ready and properly documented. * Maintain traceability between approved scope, funding, and deliverables.
