We design the experiences and tools that help our servicing associates help our customers, or help our customers help themselves. The work we do ensures customers can easily navigate any question or problem they have along their journey with us, no matter which path they follow. This Product Designer will combine their craft expertise with an understanding of our customers and the business to co-create innovative solutions to complex problems. You will oversee work on our agent platform and its associated design system and governance processes - ensuring that when we expand our product feature set, we do so in a methodical, systematic way. We're looking for a designer who will take a systems-mindset to defining and deploying consistent, reusable componentry and patterns across our product portfolio. This designer gets excited by enabling fellow design and product partners with the documentation needed to leverage, contribute to, scale, and evolve our library. Here are some of the expected competencies for this role: Product Design Expertise: Leverage deep expertise in product design and skills across interaction, visual and service design to elevate the quality and maturity of the design practice at Capital One;
