This is a senior executive engineering leadership role for someone who has successfully scaled cloud software platforms, engineering organizations, architecture, and delivery operations in fast-growing environments. The company has recently rebuilt much of its technology foundation and is now entering its next phase of scale. The incoming SVP of Engineering will help mature the engineering organization, improve delivery discipline, strengthen platform scalability and security, and build the internal technical infrastructure needed to support rapid growth. This is not a detached executive role.
