Support area objectives through effective project oversight and employee management. Operations Management * Build a safe and effective team environment by leading field technicians to ensure maintenance meets quality standards as well as contract requirements * Coordinate routes, scheduling, ordering parts and verifying payroll accuracy while assuring profitability * Partner with Area/Territory Operations Managers with implementation of company & industry best practices to achieve service financial and delivery metrics Quality and Safety * Perform regular site inspections to deliver exceptional service, maintenance, warranty and repair offerings. * Conduct Field Safety Audits at required intervals to ensure technicians understand and follow safe work practices Employee development, planning & logistics * Educate technicians on processes, tools and standards through training and performance programs thereby continuously improving service delivery * Manage logistics and implement preventive maintenance strategies; schedule quarterly customer site visits Collaboration * Collaborate with the local sales team to estimate service orders; Maintain relationships with local IUEC business agents and communicate effectively to resolve disputes. * Partner with New Installation and Modernization Project Managers during contract conversions to ensure customer satisfaction Problem Solving * Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and customer to investigate, resolve and address any operational challenges that may arise.
