Your work will help enable faster, higher-quality releases while ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA, HITRUST, and FDA guidelines. What You'll Do * Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to modernize SDLC and release management processes with a focus on healthcare regulatory compliance and automation. * Translate healthcare regulatory requirements (HIPAA, HITRUST, FDA, and related standards) into scalable engineering processes, controls, and best practices. * Partner with engineering leaders to embed compliance controls, documentation, and evidence collection directly into CI/CD pipelines and release workflows. * Drive automation of audit evidence, compliance reporting, and release artifacts to reduce manual effort and improve audit readiness. * Collaborate across Engineering, Security, Risk & Compliance, Product, and Operations to ensure consistent execution of compliant software delivery practices. * Develop executive-level reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into compliance posture, delivery health, risks, and continuous improvement opportunities. * Serve as a trusted advisor during internal and external audits, ensuring engineering processes produce complete, accurate, and defensible compliance evidence.
