 * Ability to identify risks, remove obstacles, and keep projects moving forward
 * Ability to think strategically and prioritize work based on business impact
 * Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms
 * Bachelor's degree preferred

## Description

* Lead IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
 * Manage projects involving ERP implementation, IT infrastructure, application upgrades, systems enhancements, and related technology initiatives
 * Develop project plans, timelines, deliverables, milestones, and communication plans
 * Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and technical resources
 * Monitor project progress, identify risks, manage issues, and implement solutions
 * Support change management activities, including communication, planning, and stakeholder alignment
 * Provide clear project status updates, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to technical and non-technical audiences
 * Help establish structure, priorities, and project frameworks to keep teams focused and accountable
 * Lead project teams with clear direction, organization, and follow-through
