## About the Role

Skills and experience that will lead to success

 * Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, operating systems, and computer hardware
 * Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux operating systems
 * Basic knowledge of cloud computing concepts (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) preferred.
 * Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and security best practices
 * Exposure to databases and SQL
 * Basic programming or scripting knowledge (Python, Java, PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar)
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Ability to learn new technologies quickly
 * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Qualifications:

 * Graduating between Spring 2025 - Summer 2026 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
 * Education: Graduating with a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Data Science, or similar concentration

## Description

* Develop innovative answers to complex business and IT challenges.
 * Analyze and document current processes and technologies, contributing through the delivery/integration of new solutions.
 * Leverage various datasets for data analysis.
 * Create executive level dashboards for operational issues.
 * Build a common set of technology capabilities, planning, design, and implementation.
 * Organize and coordinate work flow, manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and small projects.
 * Facilitate the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.
 * Identify the current and future state business processes.
 * Helpthe business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future.
 * Create, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications.
 * Facilitate design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution.
 * Deliver elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables.

Daily use of Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization software, among others.
