## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows support?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * U.S. citizenship with an active Secret clearance required

 * Associate or bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math discipline
 * Experience with Systems Administration for Windows or Linux Operating Systems such as Microsoft Windows and RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
 * Must have a DOD 8140 IAT Level II certification or higher (ex: Security + CE)
 * Experience with various windows and Red Hat scripting using tools such as Python, Perl, Bash, PowerShell, etc.
 * Knowledge of IAVM's and addressing software vulnerabilities

Desired Qualifications

 * Active Linux Certifications (Linux+, RHCSA, RHCE)
 * Active Windows Certifications (MCSA, MCSE, etc.)
 * Experience with DevOps architecture such as Kubernetes, Nexus, Docker, GitLab, etc.
 * Experience with security compliance and related security scanning products (ACAS, STIGs)
 * Experience in enterprise backup and restore solutions, storage area network (SAN), and network attached storage (NAS)
 * Experience with network administration and related infrastructure
 * Experience with hardware installation and maintenance to include firmware upgrades
 * Experience with both Windows and Linux scripting languages
 * Experience with Windows Patching/WSUS application

## Description

* Oversee the maintenance and security of company intranets and computer systems, ensuring optimal performance and uptime
 * Set up and maintain user access, including permissions and security protocols
 * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues promptly to minimize downtime
 * Work with other IT staff and departments to identify and implement new technologies that enhance system performance and user experience
