A valid teaching or administrative license is preferred but not required. * Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in education, data analysis, or a related field. * Demonstrated experience working with student achievement data and assessment systems. * Experience providing coaching, training, or professional development to adults (preferred). * Strong knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, data dashboards, or BI tools). * Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for educators. * Excellent communication and facilitation skills. * Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. * Knowledge of educational assessments, accountability systems, and instructional practices. * Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. ## Description The Data Analysis Coach supports educators and staff in using data to inform instructional practices, improve student outcomes, and guide decision-making. This role focuses on building staff capacity in data literacy, analysis, and application through coaching, professional development, and collaborative planning. Please note - while this is an online school position and all instruction occurs virtually, travel and face to face attendance will be required several times per year to support in person state testing and student events. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of Ohio.
